This research takes place in many ways – sometimes they interview people on the street, cold call, or offer incentives to their customers to give feedback. Now many companies are finding it far more effective to get surveys done online.
It’s possible to get access to these paid survey opportunities through becoming a member of websites that aggregate the best surveys that need to be completed - and list the price that they’re willing to pay.

This varies between different surveys. Some can pay well over $100 an hour, while others pay less than $5 per hour.
